A.R.I. FANO   BEACON 12 M   24915 KHZ

Il beacon nasce nel lontano 1988 per iniziativa di IK6BAK Chiarucci Eliseo con il patrocinio della Sezione Ari di Pesaro.

E' stato per molto tempo l'unico beacon in 12 metri diventando di fatto un punto di riferimento per i frequentatori di questa interessante gamma.

Le apparecchiature iniziali erano composte da materiale proveniente dai 27 MHz poi modificate.

Una primitiva Eprom 2716 ha lavorato instancabilmente per 20 anni, come pure tutti gli altri componenti RF senza mai perdere un colpo.

Poi, verso la fine del 2008, tutto è stato rivisto con tecnologie più efficienti e moderne grazie al prezioso contributo di I6MAT Giorgio Mattioni.

Sempre nello stesso periodo, grazie alla disponibilità della Sezione Ari di Fano, il beacon è stato spostato presso la sede della sezione medesima,

il nominativo è stato cambiato da IK6BAK/B a IQ6FU/B.

The Beacon was born in the early 1988 on the initiative of IK6BAK Chiarucci Eliseo with the patronage of the ARI section of Pesaro.

It was for a long time the single beacon in 12 meters becoming a reference for the frequenters of this interesting range.

The initial equipment was composed by material coming from 27 MHz then edited. A primitive 2716 EPROM has worked tirelessly for 20 years, as well as all the other RF components without ever missing a shot.

Then towards the end of 2008, everything was revised with more efficient and technologies modem with the valuable contribution of I6MAT Giorgio Mattioni.

In the same period, thanks to the availability of the ARI section of Fano, the beacon was moved at the headquarters of same section.

The name was changed from IK6BAK/B to IQ6FU/B.
